If you are currently a patient with our practice and interested in signing up for an Online Services account, you will first need to request a PIN. Click on PinRequest@pacificmedicalgroup.com and provide us with your full name, date of birth, & if readily available, your PMG patient account # (which can be found on your billing statement). Your PIN will be sent via US Mail. Upon receiving your PIN, please return to our website @ www.pacificmedicalgroup.com, and click on the Online Services tab. You will be directed to our Online Services Home Page, click on the "Register" link at the top, left-hand side of the page.
For assistance with registering your online account only, please contact our PMG Online Services Help Desk @ PortalHelp@pacificmedicalgroup.com or call 503-797-2261, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Please allow a minimum of one business day for a reply. Please do not use this email for medical issues - contact your clinic directly.
